    If you want to separate the AGND and PGND for TPS922055 / TPS922054 / TPS922053 / TPS922052 in VSON or SOT-23-THN package, you can refer to the below layout example and its corresponding circuit for VSON package. The layout for SOT-23-THN package will be similar.
