Hi team,

The customer needs to simulate the TPSF12C3, but only the PSPICE model and SIMPLIS model are available on the website, and the customer uses SIMETRIX as the emulator .

1, customer tried to import into Simetrix using PSPICE model, but could not simulate properly, the following error is reported. Please help verify that if the Pspice model of the TPSF12C3 is SIMETRIX compatible or not?

2, can SIMETIRX model of TPSF12C3 be provided?

Hi Hazel,

We have not tested the PSPICE model in SIMetrix. In any event, you would need the unencrypted PSPICE model for that (requires an NDA). Also, note that SIMextrix is typically copackaged with SIMPLIS, so it should be a matter of just changing the simulator option:
