TPS62130A: PG power supply has a drop phenomenon

Hi,

After using TPS62130A for design, one of my customers has found PG power supply drop phenomenon in the prototype test. Please see the attached description and waveform for details. Please help review the schematic diagram and the cause.

Could you show me the VCC5V VDD1V0 and VDD1V0-PG in the same screen? It is possible that VDD1V0 has a voltage drop caused by some unknow reason and lower than PG falling threshold.

Hi Rhea!

I think the root cause is clear. During VIN power up, there is some voltage drop cause VIN lower than UVLO and the device is turned off, so PG will be low.

It has no relation ship with TPS62130A application. You need to check the reason why there is a voltage drop in system level with customer.
