Hello,

Have you performed a learning cycle? SOC and capacity predictions should be ignore if a learning cycle has not been done.

HI,
I did,learing cycle.I have given 5v to the pack but for me bat 1p and 2p are showing very low voltage.

Hello,

Did this behavior started recently? Did you calibrate the device?

Can you provide more background information on how the gauge went from functioning during learning cycle to now displaying 1mV when 5 volts is attached at the VCx pins?
