Hi Henry,
Thanks for reaching out.
Sorry that the PoE team has traveling and multiple works in list recently. Please expect a delay on the E2E reply.
We would recommend you to work with TI's FAE and go though the attached check list first.4540.PoE Schematic Checklist.xlsx

Hi Sir,
Thank you for your advice on reviewing schematics, I have forwarded your comments to the customer.
For the layout, my customer only has a PADS file and cannot provide a brd file.
Could you use the PADS viewer tool to review the layout file?

Hi Henry,
Thanks for your patience.
For the software install, TI is not allowing freeware/Trial/ software’s into TI’s environment. In this case, could you share brd. or Altium Designer file?
It is also recommended if you could do the layout review check based on the tow below docs:
PoE Powered Devices Layout Review Guide (https://www.ti.com/lit/an/slvaf83/slvaf83.pdf?ts=1647287501429)
And PD layout review check list (1526.PoE Layout Check LIst.xlsx).
