Part Number: TPS62136

Hi Team,

The datasheet for the TPS62136RGX only includes the max height and not the typical/min spec. Our customer needs this information, and I wanted to see if this is something we have on hand?

I can't find typ/min height value, may I know why does our customer need these?

Usually we only provide MAX height for most packages since we must reserve enough space for the device.

Hi Athos,

My customer noted that this part was identified for top cooling in their design.

Normally you are correct only max height is needed but when top cooling we like to know what the worst case min and max thermal gaps will be so we can adjust our nominal gap with the cooling frame as needed.

Do we have any other package data from other devices that use the same package?

Hi JP,

As checked with our factory site, the typical height is 0.9mm while the min value is 0.85mm.
