BQ76952: Could the charge and discharge MOS be quickly turned on by pulling down the DFETOFF and CFETOFF pins?

dears,

After DFETOFF and CFETOFF pins are pulled high, the charge and discharge MOS can be quickly turned off. When DFETOFF and CFETOFF pins are pulled low, 
it will take some time of delay before the charging MOS and discharging MOS to be turned on. Can the charge and discharge MOS be quickly turned on 
through the DFETOFF and CFETOFF pins?
