Hello Habibe,
How are you determining if the gauge is in sleep mode? The best way to verify this is by measuring the current consumption of the gauge, or checking the TS pin pulses.
Also all the conditions outlined in the TRM must be met:

Hello again,
Yes, I'm measuring the current consumption to determine whether the gauge is in sleep mode. And I always observed the same current value so I determined it is not entering the sleep mode.
Thank you,

Hello Habibe,
It is difficult for us to debug sleep question because we cannot log data of the test without exiting sleep mode.
Please ensure all the conditions outlined in the TRM are met, if one condition is not met it will prevent the entry into sleep mode.
Can you share a screenshot of the BQStudio register page right before you attempt to enter sleep mode? I would like to ensure that the conditions are met before you test sleep mode entry.
Also please double check the SMBus lines are low, and if they are not make sure you have in system sleep enabled.
Sincerely,
Wyatt Keller
