BQ25180: Capable of recharging a supercapacitor?

Thanks for reaching out on E2E, the BQ25180 is not designed for super caps. 

We do have some chargers designed for super caps, just a couple of questions.

How many caps are you using? The max charge current in the super cap d/s says 500uA is this what you are looking for?

Ans: Before answering, I need to understand some specifications, for example from this battery datasheet : https://media.digikey.com/PDF/Data%20Sheets/Seiko%20Instruments%20PDFs/ML414H_E.pdf) . It says "Charge: Constant Current / Constant Voltage 3.1V, max.30μA, 72hr, RT". So from this, I need to know some things:

1. This battery shoud be charged initially using a max of 30uA constant current and then when the battery voltage reaches 3.1V the method must be changed to constant voltage. Is that right? Also, what "72hr" and "RT" means in this context?

2. Is the BQ25180 capable of delivering both 500uA and 30uA? I am not sure what to consider in the BQ25180  datasheet. Is 500uA too high?
