Hello:

     I have some questions in using the chip of LM1117MPX-5_0-NOPB.

     Application case: input voltage = 9V,output voltage = 5V,load current = 150mA

     Question's description:

          (1)question1: After the device has been used for a period of time,the output of the chip appeared question as shown in figure below when load works.

       (2)question2: After the device has been used for a period of time,the output voltage of the chip became 7V.

    Input and load conditions are well within the recommended limits only. Could you please provide details for input and output capacitor used in the circuit ?
