LM2651: LM2651MTCX-ADJ/NOPB

Part Number: LM2651

Hi,

We are having an outside vendor up-screen the part at -55 degrees C. This part is not rated to our test temperature of -55C. The process is they install the IC into a board using a TSSOP socket and check the output voltage at ambient. They ramp the temperature to -55 degrees C and power the part and check the output voltage to see if it's within 5 % of its output. In this case 6.3 volts so anything below 5.850 volts they fail. The concern is besides handling is this or could it cause the part to fail prematurely?
