hello,

I am currently working on a voltage regulation circuit using LM5176PWPR that can handle approx. 24VDC at 6A

Kindly find the design which we have implemented

when we connect the load of capacity approx 3A the inductor started heating upto 125 degree.

Can you please provide a solution for this issue?

Can you please provide us with more detailed information on your design:
- Input voltage range
- Input voltage and output voltage in that case where you have connected the 3A load
- Saturation current of the chosen inductor
