UCC256404: surge immunity test always damaged for MOSFET LOW AND HIGH

Sorry for the delayed response. I have few additional questions:

Does the PFC Mosfet getting damaged during surge test? Also, Could you identify what is causing the LLC Mosfets getting damaged during Surge? Is it High Vin? Or Devices operating ZCS? Could you also look at the opto coupler current (you can connect a 10k ohm ) during surge?

May I ask how did you solve the MOSFET Damage issue? For EMC issues, Could you please create a new thread with PFC part number. The PFC parts usually supported by another apps engineers.
