I am concerned that this request is still open and unanswered.

Can you please advise status?

The product is CE-marked.

The manufacturer/T.I must draw the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity for products they claim CE for - this is one of the legal obligations put on the manufacturers by all the CE directives (ROHS 2011/65/EU included.
