CE/EU Declaration of Conformity (aka EU DoC) required for SKU 1208-ADCDJ5200EVM

Hi

I do have a part number but for some reason it is not recognised when entered in the Part Number fields.

The part number is  SKU  1208-ADCDJ5200EVM (TRF1208 evaluation module for high-speed RF-sampling fully-differential amplifier with ADC12DJ5200RF)

The product is CE marked but the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity is not available on the T.I website,

    It does not seem to be covering the part in question.

    You provided the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity for SKU  RF1208-12DJ52XXEVM, I am asking for the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity for SKU

    1208-ADCDJ5200EVM (TRF1208 evaluation module for high-speed RF-sampling fully-differential amplifier with ADC12DJ5200RF)

    Can you please check and provide for that part?

    This is the only form we have filed under this device. There is no other form available with different name.

    Hi Chase,

    The product is CE-marked. When a manufacturer applies the CE mark to their product they have the legal obligation to draw the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity. This obligation is expressed in all the CE Directives. (you may refer to Article 7.c of the ROHS directive 2011/65/EU) This is also explained in the EU blue guide (access HERE) under section 3.1 Manufacturer, Point 3.

    The reason for this request is not just a T.I compliance concern:  Mouser USA is the importer of records when selling the product to the EU. The importers of records must hold a copy of the CE declaration of Conformity of the CE-marked products they offer to the EU market. This is also an obligation dictated by all the CE directives and re-iterated in the EU Blue guide.

    If T.I has drawn no CE/EU Declaration of Conformity to cover SKU 1208-ADCDJ5200EVM, then you need to report internally, please, and request to have it drawn to regulate this compliance gap.

    Chris, I am passing this off to the RF amplifier team which owns this evaluation board. Can you share with them where you found this 1208-ADC12DJ5200EVM SKU? The device is called TRF1208-ADC12DJ5200RFEVM.

    The part number is not 1208-ADC12DJ5200EVM  but 1208-ADCDJ5200EVM. And we are asking for the CE/EU DoC for 1208-ADCDJ5200EVM. This part is on Texas Instrument Website. Please see in the section "Order & start development" from the weblink below
