Hi,team;

I have a battery with BQ40Z50-R2,firmvare v1.06. I find the full charge condition is met, but VCT and FC is not set in BQstudio.In addition, there is a large difference between RSOC(99%) and ASOC(88%).So what is  wrong with the battery? 

I wonder if the Chem ID is mismatched.

    How did you obtain the ChemID? Can you send me the datasheet for the battery you are using? Can you also send me your gg file from BQStudios?
