LM5176-Q1: LM5176 Vout higher and then drop to normal output when start

Part Number: LM5176-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5176

Hi TI expert,

In out adas project, we use LM5176 as buck-boost to output 15.5V in car application. Normally, the input volt is 13.5V, and LM5176 works as booster to output 15.5V.

Now we meet a phenomena, when LM5176 start up, output goes high to 16.4V and keep for 34ms, then drops to 13.6V for a short while, and then goes to 15.5V, as shown in the attached wave(blue wave is enable signal).

Please help explain this phenomena.

Thanks!

Michael.
