TLC5941-Q1: About settings

Part Number: TLC5941-Q1

Hello,

I would like to ask you a question about TLC5941-Q1.
Rather than connecting an LED to the constant-current output pins (OUT0 to 15) of the TLC5941QPWPRQ1, I would like to connect a resistor and use it as an input signal to the microcontroller.
Set the current flowing through the resistor to 0mA, 1mA, and 5mA.
When the current is 0mA, the switch in the LED driver is OFF ⇒ The input voltage of the microcontroller is 3.3V
When the current is set to 1mA, I want the input voltage of the microcontroller to be 0.3V ⇒ Resistance R is 3kΩ
(Question 1)
When the current is set to 5mA and the resistance R is 3kΩ, what will happen to the input voltage of the microcontroller and the current flowing to the LED driver?
(Question 2)
If the current flowing through the LED driver is set to about 1mA, and the actual current flowing is less than the set current, will the LED driver be damaged or generate heat?

Best regards,
