TLC5941-Q1: Special usage

Part Number: TLC5941-Q1

Hello,

I would like to ask you a question about TLC5941-Q1.
Rather than connecting an LED to the constant-current output pins (OUT0 to 15) of the TLC5941QPWPRQ1, I would like to connect a resistor and use it as an input signal to the microcontroller.
(Question 1)
Figure 1 on page 6 of the data sheet shows a graph showing the relationship between the resistance value of R(IREF) and the output current of Io(LC).
Should the resistance value of R(IREF) be set to 10kΩ or less?
For example, if I want to set the output current to 1mA, how many Ω resistors should I use?
(Question 2)
When the output current is set to 10mA, the resistance R will be 330Ω by simple calculation.
Is there a problem if the output current actually flows only 9mA due to device variations?
(Question 3)
If you have any products that can be used other than LED driver TLC5941QPWPRQ1, please let us know.

Best regards,
