I need to know the UBM size of the component TPS22915BYFPR because I can't find it in the datasheet.

Hi Patrick,

I read the post you suggested. I think that the package for TMP103 is the same as TPS22915. Can I assume UBM size = 0,21 mm also for TPS22915? Thank you for confirmation.

Hi Gianluca,

Yes, the package is similar - I believe that you can assume UBM size = 0.21mm.
