Hi Abhineet,

Those register values are not valid for charging.  Can you read while the charge current is reduced?  Did you follow the PCB layout directions in the datasheet?

Hi Abhineet,

No necessarily. Charge time ~= battery capacity AHr / charge current A x 1.2 to account for tapering.  Higher charge current means higher input power required.
