TPS61099: TPS61099 Light load efficiency issues

Recently our customers are using this material. When the customer uses, the measured light load efficiency is 40%, but spec is 75%, please help to see if there is a problem with the configuration?

The PDF is the customer's test method:
The above is not through DC/DC, direct 3V3 supply load;
The below is through DC/DC, supply 1.35V boost to 3V3 for load.

May I know if the customer's test method is reasonable?

Hi Arabella,

Please make sure that there is no large capacitor at the input, becasue there might leakage current through the input capacitor. Also please make sure the load current is actually 20uA.

There is no large capacitor at the input. And the average load current is under 20uA, peak current is 4mA.
