I have a BQ79616EVM: 18V across VSTACK and GND, jumpers J41 and J16 are in place, and ALL S1, S2 switches are in the closed position. I have a USB2ANY dongle connected to J17 with the provided 10 pin cable. The cable is flipped at the J17 connection per the snau226 document (although I have tried both orientations). I have the BQAutoEval application installed but it does not connect to the hardware. I just get the 'Failed to connect.' message on the bottom status bar (as below). Is there a connection I am missing for the application to work properly?
