I want to use the LM70880-Q1, I need the Rdson for the high side/low side MOSFET to evaluation the efficiency. Could you help support it? Thanks a lot!

Hi, David,

I used the tools to calculate the efficiency with 48Vin, 12V/8A output, the calulate efficiency is very big different as in your datasheet shows. Could you help verify it?
Could you give me the data of the internal Rdson? I can simulate by other tools, thanks!

Hello Jenwei,

We do not publish the RDSon as this will need an NDA to share.

Regarding your differences you are seeing. The results we publish for 48V in is ~96%. the published efficiency calculations is suggesting ~1% more. check your core losses entry for the inductor for the discrepancy, the result looks close enough and there does not appear to be any underlying error for actual results we publish.
