Hello,
Can anybody explain me how to write the OTP step by step in BQ76952 when we have to use it standalone? , also how to create the programmable file for BQ76952 OTP?

I have already went through the lots of documents related to OTP but couldn't find the exact things related to program OTP if we want to use BQ76952 standalone

Hello Kunal,

Once OTP is performed, the device can function autonomously.

The sequence in how to OTP is described in the BQ769x2 Calibration and OTP Programming Guide. This describes step-by-step how to perform OTP. You will have to write your own code to perform the sequence and may need to have a custom board to do so, as OTP requires ~11-V on the VC16/BAT pins, see following FAQ:

This is a complex device, I recommend you read the BQ76952 Technical Reference Manual for guidance on how to program your device. You will need to program any protections that you may want and program for the FET's to automatically enable and protect for autonomous control.
