Dear Sirs

i have a BQ76952 eval board that communicate with BW studio but the i2c internal communication not run.

It is pssible to reset the system to the initial settings?

    Hello Marco,

    The device will always reset to the default/OTP settings on wake-up from SHUTDOWN. 

    If you're using an external MCU to try to communicate with it, ensure to populated the correct headers in the evaluation board.

    Can you clarify what your issue is in detail?
