I developing the Battery charge with BQ24230.

The after finish charging with keep inserted USB cable, when do the start recharging?

    Hi Seok,

    When you keep USB cable inserted recharging will start when battery voltage falls below the recharge threshold.  

    The recharge threshold (VRCH) is listed on page 10 of the datasheet within the electrical characteristics section. Its typical value is 100mV below Vbat(reg). 

    Further description on battery recharge is located on page 25 of the datasheet in the 'Battery Detection and Recharge' section.
