TPS25750: How to configure on MCU

I have an additional question. Customer is verifying operation.
In the red frame below, DATA1 is read as 03 instead of 0.

(1) Do you know the cause of this problem? Or please tell me how to check to isolate the cause.
(2) I think you can find the cause of the error by reading OUTPUTDATAX, is this correct?
　　I don't know how to read this data (0-288bit). How can I access it?
　　Even when I read DATA1, the 1st byte was all 0 except 03.

My sincere apology for the delay in response. I have been out of office on personal leave.

I would recommend checking Output DataX for PBMc, bits 215:16. (Table 3-10 in the TPS25750 Technical Reference Manual)

Let me know if any of the outputs for these statuses appear wrong.

The customer has tried what you advised, but is unable to communicate properly.

We have additional questions from our customers.

・I wonder why a sending address that seems to be EEPROM appears in step 3.
   Is there a different flow to refer to in the first place? (Is the flow you are looking at for writing to EEPROM?)
   “TPS25750 Host Interface Technical Reference Manual” (SLVUC05A) P62
   A customer is trying to connect a TPS25750 and a microcontroller using I2C without EEPROM.

・Is there a way to know the details of the error?
     P49　Table 3-10. 'PBMc' - Patch Burst Download Complete
      “DevicePatchCompleteStatus” “0x41 Patch header checksum mismatch.” “0x44 Null patch received.”
     There seems to be a way to find out the specific error details here.
     Even if I read DATA1 after the PBMc command, only 0x03 is returned.

Add the information confirmed by the customer. Please give me any advice.

When I tried to write to 0x42 in step 7, it failed.
This is because the slave address of the TP25750 is 0x21, and there are no devices with an address of 0x42.

So, in step 3, I set InputDataX I2C Slave Address to 0x21, but then, when I read DATA1 in step 6, Rerutn becomes 0x05, "Invalid slave address.", which is NG.

In E2E below, the command of a successful person is listed, but in step 3 the slave address is set to 0x50. (address of stp25750 is 0x21)
0x50 seems to be the address of the EEPROM in general.
As a test, I set the slave address to 0x50 in step 3, but it was not successful.

A customer informed us that they were able to successfully connect by writing to 0x42 in step 7.

It seems that the connection was successful by waiting 1msec before writing patchDATA.
