How was the chemID matched here? Additionally, it looks like you have not yet completed a successful learning cycle. I recommend ensuring you have completed a successful learning cycle and that you have a good chemID match before referring to the reported SOC. Please refer to this document on Achieving the Successful Learning Cycle, and please use the GPCCHEM tool to obtain a good chemID match.

Chemid is calculated by TI, and the attachment is the application document and results. The front is to completed a successful learning cycle; The SOC changes during placement,after charged, there is a recorded decrease in SOC during relaxation.SOC 100% drop.logCell_Char_Request_Form_v13（精工&TI标定）.xls

Thank you for the update here. Can you please send me a log file that correlates to the case where you charge the battery to full, then during relax you observe the SOC jump from 100% to ~90%? This will help with diagnosing the behavior you are noticing here.
