I'm using the TPS48110 in my new project. In this project, I need to switch a solenoid load at a specific switching frequency. For this application, I have selected a MOSFET with a total gate charge of 20nC to drive my solenoid. I have included a Gate turn on resistor of 10 ohms. The maximum allowable turn-on time of the MOSFET is 2% to 5% of the maximum switching frequency. Also, I cannot use a separate auxiliary voltage; this should operate from the internal charge pump only.
Additionally I can keep Bootstrap capacitor in the range of 2nF to 10nF. Kindly let me know the max. switching frequency that I can operate with this considerations.
