LM3481-Q1: lm3481 abnormal working conditions when outputs 5V drop down but duty cycle keep the same

Hi team,

Below circuit is LM3481 external schematic. Customer feedback when 5Vout put drops down, the duty cycle remains the same. 

CH1: RESET CH2: Vin CH3: DR CH4:5V out

CH1:Vgs  CH2：Vr_sense  CH4: Output

CH3: is Duty cycle

Can you help advise how this happened?

    Thanks for using the e2e forum.

    Do you have additional details on the input voltage and load conditions of the application?
    Based on their waveform for Vr_sense, it looks like the device is triggering overcurrent protection.
