Could you please kindly help to check if customer could use UCC5350M in UCC5320SEVM and connect SIC mosfet directly to the Q1 place? Thanks a lot for your support to check.

Hi Jie,

Yes, and I have done this many times. You can use 0 ohms on the Miller current path if you would like to evaluate this pin function, or you can remove the turn-off resistor entirely.
