I am trying to connect BQ79616EVM-021 with my PC using USB2ANY interface, but always fail.  Could you please send me the USB2ANY firmware file "USB2ANY_3_1_1_14 - BQAutoEval.txt"  asap?

    I have read and tried many times, just from the instructions to tell me these:  to successfully connect BQ79616EVM-021 with my PC using USB2ANY,  need to update the USB2ANY firmware to version 3.1.1.14,  but where can I get the version 3.1.1.14's firmware file "USB2ANY_3_1_1_14 - BQAutoEval.txt"  ?

    the current firmware version in USB2ANY board is old and lower.

    So,  please help to send me the newer version's firmware file "USB2ANY_3_1_1_14 - BQAutoEval.txt"  asap?   thanks!

    Hello,

    If you updated the USB2ANY firmware once, you must have the USB2ANY Explorer software. Please use this to verify which version is currently on your USB2ANY.

    To update the firmware to its latest version, when you plug in your USB2ANY into your computer, and open the BQAutoEval 1.0.4 software, it should immediately prompt you to update the firmware. 

    Have you seen this prompt? Have you followed it?

    I have sent email to bq7x61x-q1_info@list.ti.com, now I have received and downloaded what I need from mySecure folders,  I have been granted access to the mySecure folders that contain this file "USB2ANY_3_1_1_14 - BQAutoEval.txt"
