Hi Team,
With reference to this article, customers are planning to design a latched (SENSE) output using the TL7700-SEP
They wanted to check it there is a SPICE model for this for us to design a One-Shot Latch circuitry that is compatible with TL7700-SEP.
https://www.ti.com/product/TL7700-SEP
Alternatively, is there any design guides for TL7700-SEP with use of One-Shot Latch circuitry?
Please advise.
Thanks.
Hi Ernest,
Unfortunately, the TL7700-SEP does not have a SPICE model, and there is no design guide for TL7700-SEP with use of One-Shot / Latch circuitry.
Since the TL7700-SEP's operation is not dissimilar to other TI voltage supervisors, I think design resources for similar products (like SNVA836A that you linked to) could prove valuable in the design.
I will note, however, that unlike the device used in SNVA836A, the TL7700-SEP does not have an MR pin.
Thanks,
Andy
