Hello, I'm looking to develop an isolated DC-DC with input of 3.3V and output of 12V with a maximum output current of 50 mA. The main consideration of this is low standby current drawn from input without any load on output - less than 500 uA.
Would this be possible with TPS55010 or do I need to use any other chipset?
Regards, Prithvi
Hi Prithvi,
Thanks for using E2E.
The TPS55010 is the correct device for your requirements. You can use the WEBENCH tool on ti.com for the schematic and simulation:
https://webench.ti.com/power-designer/switching-regulator/customize/30?VinMin=3.3&VinMax=3.4&O1V=12&O1I=0.05&base_pn=TPS55010&AppType=None&Flavor=None&op_TA=30&origin=pf_panel&lang_chosen=en-US&optfactor=3&Topology=Flybuck&flavor=None&VoltageOption=None
Best regards,
Sepp
