Thanks for your response. We actually need this value for PI simulation of our core SoC voltage rail. 

Our decoupling network has the following z-profile:

We used sample values from this thread: https://e2e.ti.com/support/power-management-group/power-management/f/power-management-forum/716640/lmz31530-vrm-resistance-and-inductance-values

and were able to get a much more reasonable Z11:
