You said in the thread that You may need to parallel two TPS922052/3 to achieve an output power of Vout(Vf)=50V and Io=3.5A due to thermal limit.

If TJ can be kept less than 125C using air or water cooling system, is it no problem to use TPS922054/5 to drive under new condition, 48Vin and  25Vo/3AIo?

    Yes. There is no problem. If designed and layout-ed well, a single TPS922054/5 can handle such amount of power output without additional heat dissipation methods like heatsink.
