UCC21750: FLT pin goes low even DESAT is connected to COM

Hello,

I use the UCC21750 gate driver in one of my designs. Even though the DESAT pin is connected to COM, the FLT pin goes low occasionally. what would be the reason? Is there any other scenario other than DESAT fault where the FLT pin is low?

Note: I use UCC21750 to drive two bidirectional SiC MOSFETs.

Can you share your schematic and layout so we can get a better understanding of the system design? You can add me as a friend and share the files in our direct message, if you prefer not sharing on the public forum.

Also, does this issue happen at a specific board location, or does it happen randomly? How often does it happen?

Shorting DESAT to COM should disable DESAT, so I want to gather the above information to see what might happen that cause nFLT to go low.
