Hello Sobin,
A grade refers to the A version of this device while STD refers to the standard version. This means the orderable part number can include an "A" for the A version and nothing for the standard version. For example, orderable part number LP38503ATJ-ADJ/NOPB is A version while LP38503TJ-ADJ/NOPB is standard.
The use of NOPB at the end of the orderable part number indicates it is lead-free packaging.
