Hi TI Team,

I have a BQ34Z100EVM and I was trying to connect it to BQ Studio. I followed the jumper configuration for the <= 5V, and I connected the EVM to a power supply setting 4V, but when I try to open the BQ Studio it won't auto-detect the fuel gauge. I can only enter to the main page and see the registers selecting "0100_0_16-bq34z100G1.bqz" or "0100_2_02-bq34z100-bqz", but I was wondering if that's ok. 

I even tried to update the FW uploading the .srec file bq34z100_v2_02_00_31 and also copying 0100_2_02-bq34z100.bqz (from BQ34Z100-DEVICE-FW Firmware | TI.com) on the config folder, as suggested on others threads, but the main page does not open up automatically. Is it correct to see "Auto Detect Device: 0100_0_06" on the first window?
