    Than k you for reaching out.

    I think the schematic looks ok to me, but some few suggestions:

    1.  R6 seems to high at 200 ohms. Try reducing this to 22-50 ohm range.

    Other things looks ok, but needs to be checked with the transformer specifications of Lm and turns ratio. There is a reference design close to your specifications.
