     I connect 5155 VCC Pin to VDD-12V, it seems works ok. MOS gate voltage changed from VCC to 12V. I'm not sure whehter I can use the circuit connection.

    Hello,

    thank you for using E2E.

    It is possible to connect an external voltage to VCC. But keep the abs. max. ratings for the VCC pin in mind, that are given in the datasheet.
