Tool/software:
HI everyone,
We are using a delta 450 W brick which will convert 48 V to 24 V, 16 A. After this the following requirements to meet,
1. 24V , 8A rated (Max 12 A ) load switch with current monitor IC
2. Buck-boost IC which will maintain 24 V , 8 A from 10 V-24 V input voltage
3. 3 Cell lithium ion battery charging IC (Also UPS circuit)
4. 24 V to 5V, 8A IC
5. Load switch with current monitor IC for different voltage and current levels (24 V, 12 A and 5 v , 8A)
All these ICs should pass the EMC and EMI test. So please suggest the related ICs for this application. Reference schematic attached for your reference.
Note: Can I do EMC simulation in TINA-TI simulation tool ?
Thanks in advance.SYSTEM.pdf
Hi,
I was busy and unable to answer this thread today. I apologize for the delayed response.
Thanks,

Hi Malakondareddy,
Are you on contact with a TI FAE for this application?
For the non-inverting buck-boost, take a look at the LM5175/6/7 family. And for 24V to 5V/8A buck stage, see the LM61480-Q1 8A converter.

Yes, Through Chat live I was contacted
This buck-boost IC can give 8 A max at 24 V output at 10 V - 24 V input.
Also Can i do EMC simulation in TINA-TI software tool
Consider the LM5176 for the buck-boost controller.
You could use simulation to check your input filter design.
Regards,
Tim
Got it.
What is max output current for this IC?. Since, in datasheet it has mentioned in the graph after 5.2 A the current will decay at 24 Input and 12 V output.
The LM5175, LM5176 and LM5177 are controllers. The current limit is set externally. Take a look at the EVM designs for reference.
