This device does not have the PSpice model. It has only the Simplis model which can be downloaded from ti.com.
Okay, I just installed the free verson of Simplis, but when I open the UCC28740 model I get the following error message:
*** ERROR *** (UCC28740_TRANS_SIMPLIS.net;58): Decryption failed: Unable to decrypt the data.
How do I solve this issue?

The model requires to run on full version of Simplis. The free version does not support the model to be functional.
Are there some other tool can simulate BODE plot instead of the excel table of UCC28740 in TI.COM? The excel table seems not correct. Even I put TI sample circuits spec into excel table, the BODE plot still is worse.

Do you mind helping to check the schematic attached? The customer and me try to use EXCEL to simulate BODE plot but it seems our tool is not correct. I input example circuit to the EXCEL tool and the result is wrong.
1、输入电压范围为48V~120V直流输入,输出电压DC-24V。
2、需求常态带载功率为15W,最大带载功率为36W。
3、期望工作在CV模式,若芯片必须进入CC模式,则最低电压要求大于20V,最小CC电流可以设定大一点
4、后级负载上电时会有5A左右的随时峰值电流,不知道会不会对限流保护有影响。这个值需要关注一下
5、部分参数如表格所示,MOS和光耦为我们现在使用的实际参数,如果不符合要求也可以更改

Your feedback does not seem follow the excel sheet.
C40 in your design is very small. How did you get this small value. The UCC28740 feedback loop is quite easy but your schematics show random numbers somehow.
C40 should be over 100nF or higher which is critical for stability and phase margin based on various design. UCC28740 Type II design is fairly simple wit C40 over 100nF critical.
C16 is too big.
Please follow the excel sheet for your initial design unless you can explain why your feedback components picked up like that you show in the circuit.
