REF200: PSpice for TI

Hello, 

I am seeing this same issue still.

KNOWNS:

1. I do not have local admin
2. admin has to elevate privileges with ThreadLocker
3. install happens
4. I get the same kind of pop-up as the previous user saying it can't find Cadence

UNKNOWS:

What environment needs to be running to install? A local admin, an admin authorized install, or something else.
