I am using REF5025 in one of my design. But instead of 2.5V output I am getting only 2.02V output.

    Hello,

    Are you seeing this voltage at room temperature? What is the application of REF5025 in your circuit? How many devices are you seeing this low voltage on?

    Can you also share a schematic showing the REF5025 implementation in your circuit?
