This is PC project. customer want to use the LM5143 to support SPR and EPR solution. The detail requirement shown below. Does the LM5143 support below requirements?

SPR:

Input :20VIN/5A Output: 20VOUT/5A

EPR:

Input :28VIN/5A Output: 20VOUT/7A

Input :36VIN/5A Output: 20VOUT/9A

Input :48VIN/5A Output: 20VOUT/12A

Hi Yadong,

This should be okay. The currents are reasonable at 20V output. What does SPR and EPR refer to?

What is the maximum duty cycle of LM5143? How long support working time at the maximum duty cycle of LM5143?

Thanks for the explanation.

Max duty cycle is close to 100%, as the Fsw folds back to maintain regulation. We have a true 100% duty cycle controller (wuth a charge pump for the gate drive) that should appear online in the next couple of days...the LM5137-Q1.

Note however that this and the LM5143-Q1 are dual-channel controllers. You may be able to meet this spec with a single phase using the LM5145 (voltage mode) or the LM5148 (current mode).

we'd like use LM5143 do 48V to 20V/12A application, and hope can get as high as possibile efficiency, target >97%

would you help to provide a demo circuits and do some simulations,

with below limited implements:

1. one 10*10*4 IND pre phase, help advice inductance

2. two 6*6*4 IND serial pre phase, help advice inductance

Go ahead and fill out the quickstart calculator and I will review it for each design. See the apps circuit examples in the datasheet for reference. Btw, the LM5137-Q1 is online now.
