Iam looking for spice model, that could be encrypted for Ansys Electromagnetic Suite (AEDT) 2021R1 or next ver.

Is it possible to ask TI support for encrypted version for Ansys ?

    Hello Vadim,

    Thanks for the inquiry. TI provides unencrypted PSpice models for our FETs. We do not provide encrypted models for Ansys. I do not know if there is a way to import an unencrypted PSpice/Spice model into AEDT. I know it is possible to import these models into other simulators such as LTSpice and TINA-TI.
