BQ35100: Unseal with BQStudio dosen't works

Hi,

I am no longer able to UNSEAL my batteries.
When I follow the procedure, SEC1 and SEC0 behave normally until I click on NEW_BATTERY.
I click on UNSEAL:

I click on UNSEAL_FULL_ACCESS:

I click on NEW_BATTERY:

Then I receive the following message: WriteMACReadBlock communication error: First two bytes of MAC response read from the device do not match the MAC command sent.
I read on the forum that the command still went through and that I should continue, which I did.
To activate the EOS mode, I then write:

I receive the following message: Operation failed because initial read of all data flash failed.

PS: I have the latest versions of the EV2400 and BQStudio

Is there a command to be done to resolve the problem?
