TPS4H000-Q1: what is the oscillator frequency inside, I faced EMI issue for observing 5.4MHz CE issue

Hi team!

My customer tested this TPS4H000 and faced EMI issue for 5.4MHz CE. When they power off this HSS, the issue will disappear. 

Is this problem caused by Oscillator? I have sent the recommendation from the related question. Do you have better advice for this and why does this issue happen?
